How does the recruitment process work ?

Our recruitment process at Harington is straightforward. After receiving your application (spontaneous or in response to one of our ads), a recruitment manager will call you to discuss who you are, what you like, and what you are passionate about. You will meet a Harington consultant or tech lead who will discuss your technical skills and your career aspirations with you. You will meet our president who will share with you his vision for Harington and the company’s project.

You sign your contract and we look forward to seeing you!

How does your integration process work ?

From the very first day, you’ll be welcomed by our HR manager who will, of course, give you a tour of the company premises. You’ll meet the team, and they’ll explain how the company operates. Afterwards, you’ll have lunch with your manager, who will help you define the type or types of missions that are best suited for you in terms of industry sectors, roles, methodologies, and of course, technologies.

Our sales team will then be able to propose various opportunities based on the clients they manage. The sales teams have what we call “named accounts,” which enables them to understand our clients’ current and future needs perfectly. This allows us to anticipate and offer you several missions, with the final choice being yours.

At Harington, we organize regular team meetings throughout the year, whether it’s in meet-ups to learn and share our experiences, or during after-work gatherings to relax!

How does a mission work?

A mission typically lasts between a few months and a year. If you’re undertaking an audit or consulting mission, it could be shorter, or you might work with multiple clients, spending 1 or 2 days per week with each.

Your manager conducts regular mission follow-ups with you to ensure that you and our client are satisfied. These follow-ups also allow us to track your learning progress, skill development, training needs, or coaching requirements from another consultant. Of course, these meetings are also valuable opportunities to discuss your future development or changing missions.
