Role and missions

• Development of the company’s client portfolio.
• Client and employee retention.
• Sale of projects on a fixed-price and technical assistance basis.
• Participation in client referrals.
• Drafting of responses to calls for tenders.
• Presentation and final negotiation with clients.
• Regular monitoring of employees on assignments.
• Sourcing and meeting new candidates to join our teams.

Expected skills:

• Prior experience within a Digital Services Company (ESN/SSII) is a significant advantage.
• Negotiation skills and diplomacy to interact with various stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of information systems.
