How does the recruitment process work ?

Harington’s job offers are available on our website as well as on major Tunisian and French recruitment platforms. The recruitment process is managed by our HR specialists and involves several steps:

• Analysis of your application: We begin by analyzing the cover letters, application emails, and CVs received. This step allows us to assess the match between the qualifications and skills mentioned in the candidate’s documents and the criteria required for the position, such as educational background and professional experience.
• Pre-selection interview: If your application is reserved, you will be invited to participate in a first interview, either via video conference or in person, with an HR manager. The purpose of this interview is to gather additional information about your motivations and skills.
• Technical interview: Next, you will meet with a reference consultant or technical manager to assess your technical skills and career goals.

How does your integration process work?

The HR team welcomes each new employee with a breakfast attended by members of the department they are joining. This is an opportunity to introduce them to the entire team and to help them define the types of missions that best suit them in terms of industry sectors, roles, methodologies, and of course, technologies. You will also receive onboarding documents and all practical information to familiarize yourself with company life and our clients’ expectations.

At Harington, we organize regular team meetings throughout the year, whether it’s in meet-ups to get to know each other better and share our experiences, or during after-work gatherings to relax!

How does daily work look like?

You will work at our service center located in the Urban North Center of Tunis. Most of our clients are in the Paris region, so you will likely be required to travel to Paris regularly during your career at Harington. Moreover, an increasing number of our clients offer a hybrid organization, meaning with remote work days.
