Recruitment, Integration Process, and Daily Life

How is the recruitment process working ?

Our recruitment process at Harington is very simple. After receiving your application, we will call you to discuss you, your interests and your passions. You will then meet a consultant or technical manager to assess your skills and career aspirations. Finally, you will sign your contract and we will be delighted to welcome you!

How is your integration process working ?

From the first day, you will be welcomed by our HR manager who will of course show you around the company premises.You will meet the team and they will explain how the company works. Then, you will have lunch with your manager who will help you define the type or types of missions that are most suitable for you in terms of sectors of activity, professions, methods and of course technologies. Thus, the sales team will be able to offer you different opportunities depending on the clients whose accounts they manage. The sales teams have what are called “named accounts”, which allows them to fully understand the current and future needs of our customers. We can thus anticipate and propose several missions to you, the final choice of which is yours. At Harington, we organize regular team meetings throughout the year, whether for meet-ups to learn and share our feedback; or during afterworks to get together in off-mode!

How does a mission work ?

A mission has a duration that varies between a few months and a year in general. If you are carrying out an audit or consulting mission, it may of course be much shorter or you may be required to intervene with several clients for 1 or 2 days per week. Your manager carries out regular mission follow-ups with you to ensure that you are satisfied and that our client is too! This also allows you to follow your progress in terms of learning, skills development, training needs or coaching by another consultant. Of course, these are also privileged moments to exchange with him on the future in terms of evolution or change of mission.

How is the daily work life ?

You will be working on our clients’ premises. More and more of our clients offer a hybrid organization mode, i.e. with teleworking days (remote).
