How does the recruitment process work ?

Our recruitment process is fast. After receiving your CV, we will contact you to discuss your professional background and career aspirations. Then, we will contact you again to schedule a technical interview with a referent in your field of expertise. We then plan a coaching session and client interview preparation, followed by the client interview. Finally, we will send you a job offer.

The program for your first integration day will be sent to you a few days before to facilitate your onboarding at Harington. On D-Day, you will be welcomed by the Human Resources team, who will give you your welcome pack and introduce you to the entire team.

How does your integration process work?

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by the Human Resources team to discuss our organization. Our Human Resources Manager will review your administrative file with you. You will also benefit from a brief training on the HR VSA tool. Then, you will receive your welcome pack. The Human Resources Manager will then put you in touch with your referent who will accompany you throughout the day and will be your privileged contact for the rest of your journey at Harington.

How are missions and your daily work life ?

Our missions are generally of long duration, one year renewable (one or more times depending on the client’s needs). The usual working method at Harington is to be on-site at the client’s premises, but working remotely from the service center (offshoring). Full remote work is also possible, however we encourage the hybrid model. We regularly organize afterworks, dinners and lunches together to exchange ideas and share moments of pure conviviality.
