Role and missions
- Development of the company’s client portfolio.
- Client and employee retention.
- Sale of projects on a fixed-price and technical assistance basis.
- Participation in client referrals.
- Drafting of responses to calls for tenders.
- Presentation and final negotiation with clients.
- Regular monitoring of employees on assignments.
- Sourcing and meeting new candidates to join our teams.
Expected skills:
- Prior experience within a Digital Services Company (ESN/SSII) is a significant advantage.
- Negotiation skills and diplomacy to interact with various stakeholders.
