Ecovadis assesses companies’ CSR performance through four domains: Environment, Ethics, Social and Human Rights, and Responsible Purchasing. The scoring criteria are based on reference CSR standards, such as the UN Global Compact, ILO conventions, GRI standards, national laws and regulations, and ISO 26000. With a score of 79/100, Harington is in the top 1% of best-rated companies. This recognition honors the efforts of all Harington teams aimed at excellence in these areas, including:
- Training, inclusion and diversity at the heart of HR policy
- Carbon footprint assessment on all 3 scopes
- Maintaining our ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications
- Monitoring the responsible approach in our business conduct
- Promoting our CSR actions both in our corporate communication and in our interactions with our customers and partners
Harington has indeed embarked on a continuous improvement policy for 4 years, recognized by EcoVadis by obtaining a silver medal in 2020, a gold medal in 2021 and a platinum medal in 2022.
